Mantra does not offer refunds on deposits or tattoo appointments.

To reschedule an appointment, 24 hour notice must be given.

Appointments may be rescheduled twice before a deposit is forfeit or another deposit is required.

Mantra allows its clients to have a plus one.

Children are not allowed in the shop. This is an adult environment.

A valid ID is required to fill out release forms.
